Returns Policy

Because of the high quality of our products, we hope you would never need to return them. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with any item from our store, there is a 14 day return period after you receive your item. 

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. We value our customers however please note that if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item) you will need to attach supporting images for our records and we will ensure this is resolved quickly.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

What If I Need to Cancel My Order? 

If you would like to cancel your order, please Contact Us within 2 hours of placing your order, with your order number and details and we will resolve this as soon as possible. 


Currently we only deliver our products to the UK.  

When you place an order, we aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Items should take between 2-3 working days to arrive. However delivery times may vary during busy time periods.
